My best friend has become more concern with her weight due to some health problems recently and some things I’m cool with and others I’d like to pass on. She wants to stop drinking soda and that’s cool but that is not something that I personally want to do. I feel like I do need to watch what I drink around her so I don’t influence her choices. That’s not really a problem.
She wants to exercise…

I think I might die. I may be the laziest person on the planet because I have problems with exercise. Specifically cardio, which is what she wants to do. I got up and did my exercises last night and to be honest I usually don’t have issues with basic at home exercises. I did 10 push ups, 20 squats, 30 lunges, and 40 crunches plus 20 leg drops and a 30 sec wall sit.
My legs are the strongest part of my body and I got half way through the squats and it started burning. You can imagine how much it hurt with the rest of the leg exercises. I looked like a newborn fawn tried to walk to my bed.
I know that I obviously need to keep it up but OH MY GOSH! I AM SO SORE! I guess here is to good health.
