I have been wanting to use one of these straightening brushes for such a long time. I have really thick hair and getting my hair brush to go through it smooth twice is a daily struggle. So Addabelle reached out to me to try this out and of course I jumped at the opportunity. Here is what I thought about their straightening brush.
The instructions are extremely clear and very simple so getting it started and knowing exactly what to do is a piece of cake. It is only a few steps and recommendations plus a very detailed diagram of the brush so you know exactly what is what. Also, there is a letter of guarantee on the back of the instructions letting you know that you have 30 days to return if you hate the product.
Using the brush was very simple. I plugged it in like my other straightener and let it heat up. I was worried that the bristles hitting my head as I brushed through my hair would burn me so I took it very slow just in case. If you are wondering if it burns when it touches you, it does not. At least not the bristles. The only thing that was hot was the back of the brush so this was a first for me not burning myself.
I am impressed with the brush itself but I am more impressed with the shine it gave my hair. I didn’t use any type of product on my hair or heat resistant spray but my hair came out shimmering. There is nothing better than your hair shining in the sun.
